What is involved?
The knowledge of applying ‘myo-fascial release’ is often lacked in Fitness Professionals, we believe that this should be addressed as the knowledge will be of upmost importance for you and your clients.
Understanding how to self-massage the muscle tissue on yourself and importantly on your clients will bring so many long term benefits and will compliment your training. These benefits will include:

To do this our tutors will teach you how to effectively use a foam roller across the whole body, how to use a KettleBell to add load to self-massge to get the deeper muscle tissue, and how to use bands and sticks to increase joint range of movement.
