PERFORMANCE TRAINING ACADEMY

Our online learning gives you the ability to learn an industry recognised qualification in your own time and at your own pace. You will receive continual online support and will be able to attend lectures and workshops at locations suited to you.

GYM INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE

Start your journey to becoming a recognised Fitness Professional with the Online Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing.

The qualification will enable you to work within a gym environment as a Fitness Instructor – plus it’s the first step to becoming a Personal Trainer.

CERTIFICATE IN PERSONAL TRAINING

Continue your journey to becoming a Fitness Professional with the Online Level 3 Personal Training Course. This course will give you the scope to run your own fitness business or work as a qualified PT in a gym environment.

DIPLOMA IN SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY

If you are a Fitness Professional who is looking to enhance their knowledge, skill set and business income or if you currently have no fitness qualifications, our Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy will qualify you to the industry recognised standard.

DIPLOMA IN TEACHING PILATES

Our Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates will teach you all of the fundamentals to this extensive repertoire.

You will learn the Joseph Pilates’ repertoire, but our tutors will also further your skill set by adding a whole host of blended forms of Pilates to your skill set.

How it works

As soon as you book onto one of our online courses you will be contacted by a member from our team within 24 hours, either via phone call or email – whatever your choice. You will then have an opportunity to discuss with your tutor how the online training will work and you will have the option to make a plan of action.

You will be given instant access to our amazing online content, including video, power-points and unit tests. Your personal support tutor will be on hand to offer support and help when necessary. You will also then be able to book onto lectures and practical workshops around the country at regular dates across the year to enable you to complete the practical side to your qualification.
